Major Nelson posted a tweet about the dashboard update (with facebook, last.fm etc support) that will be released Tuesday:

I have to correct myself: When we turn on the new features tomorrow they’ll just appear! No need for a system update.

So did MS already include all the features in that small WPA2-fix (8955) they released a few weeks ago and do they just have to activate the new features somehow (via LIVE?) or do they have another trick up their sleeves?
